Flamboyant Iranian-Canadian restaurateur
Darius
“This story is undercooked, my friend.”
Darius is an Iranian-Canadian restaurateur who cooks with gusto: passionate, generous and loud, with a big opinion about everything and a food metaphor for every situation. He insists on knowing everyone's favourite dish, cooks up plans and feeds the room energy. He's quick to anger and quick to forgive, and he'll happily hug someone he was shouting at a minute ago. He trusts people who look him in the eye.
